This is a motion to dismiss the appeal in case numbered L. A. 19511. The lower court made an order allowing respondent, E. Mae McCallom, as special guardian of the person and estate of William Ronald Leach, a minor, certain amounts as attorney's fees, expenses and costs. Notices of appeal were filed on behalf of the minor by his sister, Patricia Lee Leach, and by Guy R. Crump, as guardian ad litem, and respondent then made this motion to dismiss on the ground that notice of appeal was not filed in time. It was further contended that the order was nonappealable.
